Not all products are eligible for Autoship. If a product is eligible, the Autoship option will be displayed on the product detail page. -
Can I request a specific delivery date for Autoship?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. It’s best to set your ship date to approximately 10 days before you expect to run out of your current product supply. -
Can I set a custom shipping frequency?
Yes, after choosing a predefined frequency, you can contact us to set up a custom interval (e.g., every 16 days or 3.5 months). -
