If you need to return an item, visit our contact page at petwishpros.com/contact to request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. The return authorization is valid for 15 days, so please ship your item back within this time.
- Check Your Email: Look for the RMA number we’ll send via email. Do not return your item without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning in packaging that protects the entire item. Ensure they are cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the item.
- Ship Your Package: Use a reliable, trackable, insured shipping method that promises delivery within 30 days or less. Use the shipping address that is provided by our customer service team when you receive your RMA. We recommend getting a receipt when you drop off the package for proof of return and tracking purposes. We aren't responsible for lost return shipments shipped using your own shipping method.
Note: These return instructions are only for customers who ordered to an address outside of the United States. If your order was delivered to a United States address, please use our prepaid return label shipping option.
