How do I return my order?

If you need to return an item, visit our contact page at petwishpros.com/contact to request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. The return authorization is valid for 15 days, so please ship your item back within this time.

2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning, preferably in packaging that protects the entire item. Ensure they are cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the item.
3. Label Your Package: Print and attach the return label to your package to help us identify it quickly once it arrives.
4. Drop It Off: Follow the instructions on your return label to drop off the package. Drop-off locations may vary depending on the courier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We recommend getting a receipt when you drop off the package to have proof of return and for tracking purposes.
